and he will be available to discuss the wines if you wish. Dinner is a la carte during this 

very informal wine tasting event. 

Come discover the world of Maestro Dobel Tequila. We will be joined by Katy Lafavers and Lorraine Casey who will guide us through these 

beautiful Tequilas from Maestro Dobel and the world of ultra premium 

Tequila. We will be pouring a specialty cocktail along with 3 'neat' pours of these fine Tequilas. Chef Ying will be selecting some delicious items to accompany the Tequilas throughout the event. More details soon!
