Come visit Next Bistro as we tour Italy and their classic wines with Emiliano Monchiero, Italian Portfolio Specialist for Kobrand Fine Wines & Spirits. Emiliano will guide us as we explore some of the classic wines of Italy, compare their styles, their regional differences and the subtleties between the wines all while enjoying some delicious regional Italian specialties by Chef Ying and the kitchen at Next Bistro.

Come enjoy the wines of Spain at Next Bistro! We will be joined for this delightfully delicious event by Ms. Karen D'Amour of Quintessential Wines. Spanish wines offer some of the truly great values in the wine world today and Karen will discuss 7 different wines, discuss the terroir and answer your questions.

Chef Ying will prepare some tasty tapas to accompany  these wines as well as offer her delicious seafood paella.
